When I return from our annual fishing trip in northern Ontario, I'll be sharing some more pictures like this. The big difference is that I'll be taking them with my new Canon Rebel, (I'll add a recipe or two for walleye, too.)
Nothing like fresh catch of the day, every day. For seven days in a row.
Very anxious to see where you are heading; I am in Northern Ontario. Nothing beats fresh fish.

DeleteI eat fish almost every single day. I would snarl my nose up at fish before I moved to Cayman but the 'fresh' factor is just too amazing to ignore. LOVE IT. So jealous of your fishapalooza!

DeleteI spent many a day in the Collingwood area, and up on the Bruce Peninsula as a child. I do miss the cottage country days.
ReplyDeleteIn one day (in addition to our limit of walleye) we saw two moose, one bear, several beavers and otters, a pilleated woodpecker, a groundhog, a bobcat and many a duck family. (And loons, of course)
DeleteAmazing photos. Used to eat freshly caught fish daily when I still lived in my mom's house with my brother...but good old time it's over.
